VINYL FOAM

The demand for light weight material, with sponge like characteristics has lead to the development of Colorite's Vinyl Foam compounds.

For compounds from a 40 Shore A to 70 Shore A the Foamed Vinyl is supplied as a one component system. For 70 Shore A to rigid, it is furnished as a 2 part system, vinyl compound plus a foam concentrate which is added at the extruder or molding machine.

• Hardness from 40 shore A to full rigid
• Densities less than 1 g/cc
• For bonding vinyl to foam substrate
