Colorite Polymers offers a wide range of rigid vinyl compounds for blow molding, injection blow molding, injection molding, and extrusion for medical devices and a wide range of general applications. Some of the applications include:

• General-purpose and food-grade packaging such as bottles, vials, film, and sheet.
• General purpose and specialty profiles such as fencing, decking, window lineals, and accessories.
• Electrical applications for appliances, business equipment, computer parts, monitors, and specialty fittings.
• Medical-grade compounds can be formulated for the production of medical devices that require ETO or gamma sterilization. These gamma compounds are designed to resist degradation and discoloration when exposed to gamma ray sterilization. These compounds are noted for their low odor and good early color characteristics. They are formulated to meet USP Class VI Plastic approval. Complete traceability and lot identification of all compounds is maintained.

All of our rigid vinyl compounds offer excellent heat stability and high flow characteristics for ease of processing and high output. Custom color matching is available for all compounds.
