NON-PHTHALATE
"66" SERIES

The Colorite “66” Series is a family of vinyl compounds formulated specifically for the medical device, food and infant care industries where the use of citrate* based, non-phthalate plasticizer is desirable.

The Colorite “66” Series vinyl compounds are formulated using a citrate based, non-phthalate plasticizer system. These compounds are state of the art, TSE free (Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathy). They are produced from raw materials that are sanctioned for use, in the medical and food industries, under Title XXI of the Code of Federal Regulation. These compounds are designed to be injection molded or extruded, whichever is required. These compounds are available in durometers ranging from 50 to 95 shore A hardness. These citrate formulations possess a low odor characteristic and are available in ethylene oxide and radiation sterilizable grades.

NON-PHTHALATE
"77" SERIES

The Colorite 77 series is a family of vinyl compounds formulated for those producers of medical products that require the use of a non-phthalate plasticizer that has superior resistance to extraction by blood lipids and high fat emulsions.

This family of compounds is designed to be molded or extruded, whichever is required. Colorite 77 compounds are available in a range of hardnesses from flexible to semi-rigid. They are also available in ethylene oxide and radiation sterilizable grades.

As with all Colorite non-toxic compounds, traceability and lot identification of all raw materials and finished products are maintained.

NON-PHTHALATE
"88" SERIES

The Colorite 88 series is a family of vinyl non-toxic compounds formulated to provide excellent low temperature flexibility characteristics. These compounds are designed for outside doorway applications, as well as inside refrigerated area separators. In both cases, low temperatures are likely to be encountered.

All components that are used in the manufacturing of these compounds are sanctioned by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for food packaging applications under Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulation. Also, because they sanctioned by the US Department of Agriculture, they may be used in meat packaging plants and other food handling areas with no risk of contamination from the entry separators.
